Luella Giada Mozingo

Luella Giada Mozingo

President, Horticulturist, Winemaker

luella@springhouse-reserve.com

Grace, instinct, and an eye for balance. Luella brings warmth and refinement to every bottle—
and just enough mischief to keep things interesting.

Born and raised in Indiana, on Indiana farms, she received her degree in marketing from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business.

While home schooling her children, Luella managed her farm, taught piano, obtained her real estate brokers license, and became the "Egg Lady" marketing organic eggs to Central Indiana stores and restaurants.

Later, Luella launched her business as both an Organic Farm/Processor Inspector and a Gluten Free Processor Inspector.

Today Luella's organic inspection business continues to thrive, but she is also realizing the dream of making income from a life long (as an adult) hobby of winemaking, with a focus on unusual wines.

Nicola Vincenzo Cinquegranna

Vice President, Distiller, Winemaker, Engineer

nick@springhouse-reserve.com

Engineer, distiller, winemaker and unapologetic experimenter.
Nick blends old-world discipline with relentless curiosity— always chasing something just a little better.

Nick is a service disabled veteran of the US Navy where he served aboard both destroyers and shore stations.

After separation from the Navy, he had a 47 year career, that continues today, as a multi-discipline engineer, entrepreneur, chef, and now... distiller and winemaker.

Mission & Vision

At Springhouse Reserve, we do not simply produce wine and spirits—we practice a form of modern alchemy. We take what the land offers—fruit, grain, water, time—and transform it into something that carries identity, character, and memory.

Our mission is to create distinctive blends that stand with confidence beside food, conversation, and occasion. We believe that a well-crafted bottle should not disappear into the background—it should participate.

Our vision is rooted in both tradition and innovation. While we respect the old world, we are not bound by it. Through proprietary finishing techniques and an experimental spirit, we pursue flavors that are bold, balanced, and unmistakably our own.

Public Service

Springhouse Reserve is part of a broader commitment to community, education, and self-reliance. We believe that strong communities are built on practical knowledge—skills that allow individuals and families to live with confidence and independence.

Through partnerships with local organizations, including the public library, we support programs that teach essential life skills: cooking, home maintenance, financial literacy, and hands-on craftsmanship.

In a world increasingly dependent on complex systems, we advocate for the preservation of foundational knowledge—the kind that ensures resilience when those systems fail.

Good wine and spirits bring people together. What we do beyond the bottle helps ensure that community remains strong long after the last glass is poured.
